Villepinte, France: Petit Forestier Group has bought Italian refrigerated vehicle leasing and rental company SV Noleggio.
SV Noleggio is a family business and the acquisition will strengthen Petit Forestier’s Italian market share.
SV Noleggio has 3,000 vehicles, nine agencies and about 100 employees.
SV Noleggio’s fleet include E-Daily electric vehicles following a similar approach to Petit Forestier, which last September ordered 2,000 E-Daily chassis-cabs from Iveco, the manufacturer.
“We are very excited and enthusiastic as we enter this new phase for the company SV Noleggio,” said Salvatore Vaccaro, SV Noleggio’s founder. “Joining the Petit Forestier Group will enable us to continue our development and to become part of a Group with similar values, providing continuity in our relationships with our customers and employees.”

The acquisition of SV Noleggio will increase Petit Forestier’s fleet to 70,000 vehicles worldwide, with nearly 6,000 vehicles in Italy.
