Cranbury, New Jersey, US: Port Jersey Logistics has bought TruckItNow Transportation, based in Wilsonville, Oregon.
“Acquiring TruckItNow broadens Continental Logistics’ nationwide reach and expands Port Jersey Logistics’ services portfolio for temperature-controlled, reefer, and frozen storage and transportation,” Jeff Ramella, corporate vice president , Port Jersey Logistics said.
“Bringing TruckItNow into the fold gives us access to thousands of new carriers and new LTL pool capability that will help us reach more customers with temperature-controlled transportation and shipping services across the United States. “It also brings us decades of industry expertise,” he said.
Matt Hamstreet, chief executive, TruckItNow Transportation, and his team will move to Continental Logistics. “Treating people the way you want to be treated, employees and customers alike, will help ensure we bring our customers the best possible service in the 3PL industry.”
Through its family of brands, Port Jersey Logistics provides port drayage, full truckload, less-than-truckload, intermodal, and frozen transportation, as well as public and dedicated warehousing.
