Paris, France: Stef and the Nagel Group have finalised their agreement for the acquisition of the Langdon group in the UK by Stef following approval by the competition authorities.
Stef and Nagel-Group finalised the acquisition of Langdon Group by Stef on 31 December 2021.
Langdon has eight sites and imports and exports chilled and frozen food to the UK from continental Europe handling some 2.7m pallets a year.
Turnover in 2020 was £147m.
