Temperature control: it’s not just food

Cambridge, UK: Marshall Fleet Solutions, Britain’s largest independent Thermo King dealer, has run an imaginative Twitter campaign, highlighting the varied and multiple goods, other than food, that need temperature-controlled transport.

In the series of Tweets (on the X platform, formerly called Twitter) Marshall Fleet Solutions shared some of the unusual items that its units keep at the right temperature so they reach their destination in the best condition possible.

Marshall provided Cold Chain News with all the the recent Tweets reproduced here.

Paintings
Maybe Salvador Dali’s clocks wouldn’t have melted if his painting had been transported at the right temperature…

“Our customers transport works of art that are so sensitive they must be kept under strict temperature controls at all times. Whatever you are transporting, here at MFS, we will have a solution for you – get in touch and have a chat with the team,” Marsahall Fleet Solutions said.

Musical instruments
Out of tune instruments aren’t a problem for our customers, when it comes to transportation. Their instruments stay in the right levels of humidity and are ready to bring the house down with their cool melodies thanks to being transported in the right temperatures.

Pharmaceuticals
Vaccines, medications and remedies, all need to be transported in consistent temperatures. Without temperature-controlled distribution all of these things would not be able to leave the labs to get to their destinations.

Varied cosmetics
Fenty, NARS, Morphe, MAC… All of our favourite cosmetic brands need to be kept in even temperatures so they’re at their best so we can use them when we want to look our best!
