Ten airlines approve Envirotainer’s new Releye container

Stockholm, Sweden: Ten airlines have now approved Envirotainer’s new Releye RAP container for use.

Carriers including Cathay Pacific, China Airlines, EVA Air, Qatar Airlines, Saudi Airlines Cargo, Singapore Airlines, Swiss, TAP Air Portugal, Korean Airlines and Asiana Airlines now all accept the new temperature-controlled container.

The Releye RAP is a temperature-controlled, five-pallet container, the largest of the new generation of Releye containers. It meets the requirements for pharmaceutical air freight and includes live monitoring.

The Releye RAP is the second in a family of temperature-controlled air freight containers Envirotainer is developing. It joins the three-pallet Releye RLP launched in 2021.

“We are extremely pleased to have 10 airline partners approve the new Releye RAP container so far,” says Don Harrison, head of global key accounts, airlines at Envirotainer. “They’re among the first to qualify the container for use on their fleets and will be able to offer medical shippers the very best in cold chain transportation.”
