Kirkby, West Yorkshire, UK: The Ice Co Storage & Logistics has acquired Savage Haulage.
The Ice Co Storage & Logistics says that the acquisition of Savage Haulage, based in March (Cambridgeshire) and Thetford (Norfolk), is a “perfect fit for the group’s vision to build a unique network of cold store and distribution sites across the UK”.
Paul Martin, managing director, the Ice Co Storage & Logistics, said: “The addition of two cold store sites to our portfolio in Thetford and March, with a logistics operation at the March site, is a great asset in allowing us to grow our client base, service our clients better, and take steps to becoming the storage and logistics business that our company strategy is so focused on.”
