US investment firm snaps up cold storage firm

New York, USA: Investment firm Ridgewood Infrastructure has acquired temperature-controlled logistics company Valley Cold Storage & Transportation.

Ridgewood says the investment in Valley Cold comes at a time when the cold storage industry is experiencing significant growth. “With Ridgewood Infrastructure’s support, Valley Cold is well-positioned to capitalise on this trend and continue its expansion in both existing and new markets”, says the company.
